Meet Our President and Leadership Coach with the Most

David Dekowski is not the type of leadership coach who promises to change your life—only you have that power. Instead, he provides the tools, motivation, and imaginative thinking that help business leaders like you confidently step out of the neatly packaged box society has placed you all in. As a team, David encourages clients to take a walk on the wild side by going against the traditional methods of coaching to bring out the most authentic and change-making leaders.

With an occupational history as an award-winning sales management professional, David has developed a reputation for being an excellent judge of character and having a great eye for leadership strengths. In addition to serving as the president and head leadership coach at Recruit Rebels, he is also an adjunct professor at Howard Community College, teaching Entrepreneurship and Creativity, and COO of Devaney & Associates, Inc., a full-service advertising, marketing, and public relations agency. Many of David’s leadership qualities stem from personal experiences, such as overcoming Perthes disease as a child, being a proud husband and father, and his current pursuit of becoming a renowned public speaker.
